After completing his B.Comm at RAU André Scholtz was employed by the Receiver of Revenue as an assessor on partnerships, trusts, farming and companies. He completed in Honours through UNISA, and commenced articles at a medium sized audit and accounting practice.
André later joined Defries Finn and Partners, where he was made a partner in the practice in 1996.
In March 2001 the firm amalgamated with Leveton Boner Horwath and Schneider Katz to form a medium sized audit and accounting practice.
Throughout his articles and time as a partner André specialized in management accounting and retirement funds.
To broaden his experience André later worked as Chief Financial Officer for a leading sports brand distribution company before forming his own practice. |
